Demolish Dunn Hall

The work of this single bid project includes but is not limited to the complete demolition of Dunn Hall (53,147 GSF). Two story roofs are 23.5' above first floor, three-story portion is 35' above first floor. Building is a structural steel frame with concrete floor slabs, supported by concrete foundation. Basement is not full, primarily a crawlspace. Typical wall construction is CMU backup with brick veneer. Scope of work includes but is not limited to general removals, Utility relocation, capping of HVAC & plumbing lines in existing tunnel and complete abatement work.

Plans will be available after October 31, 2024, through REV Plans (845-651-3845 & https://mosaicaaplanroom.com/ ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 7, 2024, at 11:00am, at 44 Pierrepont Ave, Potsdam, NY.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
