Notice is hereby given that the City of Guthrie will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. (local time) May 28, 2025 for Building Demolition and Site Clearance Services for the various residential and related structures on the properties listed below:

Instruction to Bidders and Bid Packets may be obtained at the City of Guthrie, Finance Office, located on the second floor of City Hall, 101 N 2nd St, Guthrie, OK 73044 or by emailing Jessie Bryan at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Bids must be submitted on City bid documents with Bid No 2025-04- Building Demo and Site Clearance Service clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope.

At 10:00 a.m. (local time) May 28, 2025, the bids will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers.

The City of Guthrie reserves the right to reject any and all bids; waive irregularities and formalities in any bid submitted.  In addition, the City reserves the right to contract with one or more parties to perform identical services as deemed appropriate.
