QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE, THE SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS: Submit ALL questions in writing via the “Discussion Forum” tab in APP. Per page one of the RFQ document, questions must be submitted in writing via the “Discussion Forum” tab in APP. Questions and inquiries emailed directly to the Procurement Officer or the Project Manager will not receive a response. Contractors may not submit inquiries to the project manager. Please no calls.

Onsite attendance is for all potential Offerors. The purpose of this inspection is for the visual evaluation of the required bid ask and familiarization with the facilities prior to submitting a bid.  All potential bidders are encouraged to attend. No other site visits will be allowed or authorized .
