The contractor shall fabricate and install new doors and hardware to doors listed below. Contractor is responsible for all materials, tools, hardware, and labor to complete this project. Contractor is also responsible for properly disposing of all materials that have been removed from this project.
Emergency Management: (2) Single Exterior Doors Hardware Replacement
Remove existing rim panic assemblies
Prep and install (2) new rim panic assemblies with NO dogging devices
Paint or power coat doors to match
Emergency Management: (1) Single Interior Vestibule door hardware replacement
Remove existing rim panic assemblies
Prep and install (1) new rim panic assemblies with NO dogging devices
Paint or power coat doors to match
Exterior Metal Door Replacement: (4) Metal Door replacement Along with Hardware. Including securing new hinges in place, alignment of the door in the opening for proper clearance, lubrication of all moving parts, and ensure proper operation of the complete door system. (4) New Hollow Metal Door for the existing opening complete with the following benefits:
Fabricated from 18 gauge cold rolled steel rated at 45 psi crush
Exceptional strength and noise-absorption characteristics
Full length positive mechanical interlock with no weld marks
Full honeycomb core to provide rigidity and impact resistance
Backed on gray primer for optimum paint adhesion
New non-removable hinges
New electrified rim panic locking hardware
New transfer hinge
New clear glass vision lite kits
New surface mount closers
Sweep strips on the bottom of the door(s)
Paint or power coat doors to match
Interior Metal Door replacement: (3) New Hollow Metal Door replacement along with hardware. Including securing new hinges in place, alignment of the door in the opening for proper clearance, lubrication of all moving parts, and ensure proper operation of the complete door system.
