Solicitation Summary
DHCD is issuing this sourcing project to conduct a secondary competition under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract for the purchase of seventy-five (75) Dell Pro 16 laptop computers to support agency staff operations. This procurement is limited to new, manufacturer-standard laptop hardware only and excludes software, services, and extended warranty coverage. The solicitation is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement and is limited to authorized Dell resellers holding an active Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract.

Additional Instructions
This sourcing project is conducted as a secondary competition under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. Only Master Contractors authorized to resell Dell Technologies equipment and designated as Small Business Reserve (SBR) vendors are eligible to respond.
Responses must be submitted electronically through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) by the due date and time specified in the solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing in accordance with the instructions provided in the PORFP. Late responses will not be accepted.
