The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician for the units according to the manufactures suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. Technician shall be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request. Parts must be 7x24x4 SLA (4 hour). All replacement parts shall be compatible with the SAN. All shipping and handling must be included in the final total bid. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: Bid shall include cost of required inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed.
