Delivery of Electronic Voting Machines

Mercer County requests bids for the delivery and pick-up of Dominion Electronic Voting machines and related components prior to and after each Primary, General, School Board, Fire District and Special elections, and demonstrations held in the County of Mercer. Please email questions to ohibbert@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet portal no later than June 24, 2025.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded. NO physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
