Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, NM intends to award a single source award with Alliant Enterprises, LLC for delivery, installation, and performance of lighting systems that require two (2) Skytron L55-43/35 Trauma Lumos Lights, seventeen (17) Skytron AUT1C ED Exam Lights, and supplies.



The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 335132 – Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing with a Small Business Administration size standard of 600.



The action is being accomplished using the principles of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, particularly FAR Subpart 13.5, in accordance with 41 USC 1901, β€œβ€¦to promote efficiency and economy in contracting and to avoid unnecessary burdens for agencies and contractors...”, purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.



This Notice of Intent to Single Source is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent.
