Notes	The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as “the City”) is requesting sealed proposals for Delinea Software. Qualified companies (hereafter noted as “Company”) are invited to submit sealed proposals to provide Delinea Software for the City of Kirkwood MIS Department in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Sealed proposals, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this Request, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, April 30, 2025 and at that time be opened, for furnishing the following supplies or services.
