Project Description: The USDA Child Nutrition Program requires school meal menus to offer fluid milk, fruit, vegetables, grains and protein for each meal. To comply with these requirements, the Buffalo Public School (BPS) district is seeking deli meat products to service the Buffalo Public School Child Nutrition Summer Program.
