This Addendum is issue to modify, change, delete from, add to, explain or correct the original solicitation and
is hereby made a part of it. In case of conflict between the solicitation and this Addendum, this Addendum
shall govern.
The County of Delaware hereby amends the above noted solicitation as indicated herein. All other details of
the solicitation remain unchanged. This Addendum must be read and acknowledged with a signified copy of
the documents provided. Failure to serve as grounds for disqualification.
