Summary

Volusia County is soliciting bids to award one prime contractor the Deland IT Restroom Energy Conservation Measures project contract.

The general scope entails demolition and restoration of the four (4) existing restroom spaces (two men and two women) and finishes to update a new layout that will be ADA accessible and more accommodating for staff.
