Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”)) hereby invite qualified independent Contractors to submit bids for structural repairs to balconies, walkways, stairs, and supporting elements across multiple levels of the Dietrich Road Apartments complex located at 4618 Dietrich Rd, San Antonio, TX.
CO-OP IFB: Only responses from vendors that have a current contract with one of the Purchasing Cooperatives identified in section 1.2 for the exact items requested in this IFB will be considered.
