Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, April 7, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on March 31, 2026, at 2027 State Park Maintenance RD, Bismarck, AR 71929. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501)372-4011. Prime Bidders will be provided with one set at no charge. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.
