Description

STATEMENT OF WORK







General





Phillips HeartStart FR3 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Equal to or Better for the , KC VAMC





Required Products





All products for this contract must meet manufacturers’ performance and technical specifications, Federal Regulations, FDA device certification and other specifications that may



apply such as National Electric Code (NEC), Life Safety Code (LSC), The Joint Commission on (TJC), and VA Regulations. Also, Contractor must provide the appropriate service and product manuals at no additional expense. The products and quantities are as follows and components may be included as a kit with the main AED unit.







Units must have 8 year minimum warranty, no manual override option, drop test rating exceeding 1 meter, single use battery, and single pad type for all functions.





Selected contractor will not perform any service or provide any additional product that will result in additional charges without prior approval from the VA Hospital Contracting Officer.





Selected contractor will install latest operating system software version provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for System(s) purchased.
