Deferred Maintenance Projects - Stillwater, OK

THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Acquisition Office has a requirement to make repairs across several trades in Stillwater, OK. This will include improvements to greenhouses and roof repairs. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the barn. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Draft copies of drawings and specifications have been added to this pre-solicitation.

USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. USDA is anticipating this being 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B25R0005, may be issued on or around January 2, 2025. The NAICS Code shall be 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFP will be accessible via sam.gov in the “Contracting Opportunities” section.

Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and FAR Provision 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.

Some files are too large to upload to sam.gov. Upon solictiation release, these will be made available via FTP to interested vendors. These will not be released prior to that in a draft form. A mandatory site visit will be required to submit a proposal.
