Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines comprehensive requirements for a full-service third-party administration and recordkeeping solution specifically for the City of Houston’s 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of all administrative functions, including but not limited to participant enrollment, contribution processing, and educational services. The term of the resulting Agreement will be five (5) years with two (2) one-year options to renew for a maximum seven (7) year contract term.
