SCOPE: This statement of work establishes the minimum requirements for the removal and replacement of paint booth

heating coil assembly at DLA Aviation – Mechanicsburg (IPE MECH). It is the Government’s intent that a single primary

contractor be awarded this contract, and the accomplishment of all work detailed by this specification.

SEE STATEMENT OF WORK.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: The vendor shall be responsible for the removal of the existing paint booth heater coil

assembly and installing a new replacement heating coil assembly in the existing paint booth ventilation heating

cabinet.

IMPORTANT: AWARDEE IS NOT TO DISTURBED IN ANY WAY (CONNECTIVITY CANNOT BE DISRUPTED).

Total Price shall be submitted in Block 17 of the Standard Form 1442.

Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation/

statement of work.

The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor, tools, equipment and materials to do all renovations in accordance

with the Statement of Work (SOW).

The applicable NAICS Code is 238220 / Small Business Size Standard is $19.0 Million.

All pricing shall be commensurate with established labor hour rates as contained within the Davis-Bacon Act wage

determination #PA20230085 dated November 1, 2024.

Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror whose quotation conforms to all solicitation

requirements and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government.

For an offer to be considered for award, the contractor must be within a commutable driving distance to:
