Electronically submitted bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa at wdm.ionwave.net on or before 2:00 p.m., Central time, on Wednesday April 23, 2025, for 2024-25 DEFAULT BUILD computers with the following specifications:

All bids shall be made on the form furnished by the City through wdm.ionwave.net and shall be filed on or before the time specified above. Each bid shall be electronically accompanied with a scanned copy of the Contact for Vendor form with signature from an individual authorized to bind the bidder. Failure to submit a fully completed proposal may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected.
Questions regarding the bid should be directed to the City of West Des Moines, West Des Moines IT Department, Roberto Tello at roberto.tello@wdm.iowa.gov. All questions must be received by 3:00 pm, Central time, April 4, 2025. Written answers to requests for clarification will be posted to all potential proposers by 5:00 p.m., Central time, April 16, 2025, on wdm.ionwave.net.
Unit price shall be final, and the City of West Des Moines IT department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of the City of West Des Moines. Factors other than price will be considered in determining the bid award.
