Resurface the existing runway, taxiway and apron. Repair runway, taxiway and apron shoulders. Upgrade lighting system and electrical building. Construct new airport access and minor drainage improvements. Replace segmented circle. Apply dust palliative to all airport operational surfaces and access road.
