Deer Springs Reservoir #2

The Project includes construction of a 5MG prestressed concrete water reservoir at the northeast corner of Decatur Boulevard and Deer Springs Way in the City of North Las Vegas. The new tank will interconnect to an existing 5MG welded steel reservoir designated as Deer Springs Reservoir #1. To effectuate such addition, the work entails installation of yard pipe, valves, equipment, removals, addition of a perimeter block wall, electrical, grading, and associated appurtenances. The Project shall be completed within 545 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.

The estimated construction cost ranges from $15.5M to $18.5M.
