The Department of Employment and Economic Development's ("DEED" or "State") Paid Family and Medical Leave ("Paid Leave") division is requesting proposals for qualified contractors to work closely with representatives from DEED and the Paid Leave Contact Center to provide overflow contact center staffing resources. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for assisting individuals as they apply for benefits, answering general queries, and transferring calls when necessary. The State anticipates issuing multiple Master Contracts for this work.
