The Minnesota Small Business Development Center (MnSBDC) program housed within the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) requests proposals from Responders to assist in developing a 3-year strategic plan and associated work plan.
DEED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PROPOSALS OUTSIDE OF SWIFT. RESPONSES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE eSUPPLIER PORTAL OF SWIFT.
