25-008 Decommissioning and Demolition (D&D) Contractor for the Former Baptist Hospital Complex

The City of Pensacola (City) requests statements of qualifications from professional Demolition and Materials Removal teams experienced in Decommissioning and Demolition (D&D).
The former Baptist Hospital Complex (FBHC) consists of 43 parcels and a smaller number of structures that cover an area of 39.70-acres. The locations of the various parcels comprising the FBHC are shown on Figure 1. The main hospital building is located at 1000 W Moreno St, Pensacola, FL 32501. Based on grant funding requirements, the demolition may be completed in two phases; the main campus which includes parcels north of Moreno Street will be the primary focus of this RFQ and will be referred to as Phase 1. The parcels south of Moreno Street will be considered Phase 2 and may be included as an add alternate to this project.
