Decommissioning and Closure of District Petroleum Bulk Storage Tanks at 006, 032 and 033

Sealed proposals for the following project will be received at the office of Plant Services, 403 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202, or can be submitted digitally via the Bonfire link provided below. On 20 November, 2025 at 10:00 AM proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for a single/multi prime contract (GENERAL/ PLUMBING/ MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL) for the following project:NYSED #14-06-00-01-0-006-020, NYSED #14-06-00-01-0-032-014 and NYSED #14-06-00-01-0-033-014

Beginning 23 October, 2025, bidding document packages may be viewed via Bonfire and Avalon. All questions and answers must only go through Bonfire. Documents are available to be purchased through Avalon Document Services on-line Plan room website at www.avalonbuff-planroom.com, under “Public Jobs” or ordered by phone at 716-995-7777. All printing is at the contractor’s own expense. Owner can assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or other misinformation obtained via other bid document distribution resources.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 006 on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.; please assemble at the main entrance. A walkthrough of 032 and 033 will immediately follow. The Architect will be present. Eligible bidders are required to attend this walkthrough or another previously arranged and documented site visit with Architect and/or District personnel.
