Bid Title: Decommission Beach Sewer from OF-4 to EB-2

Description:

The WORK to be completed includes, but is not limited to, demolition, abandonment of beach sewer laterals in place, grading, hot mix asphalt paving, cement concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; electrical systems including service cabinets, generators, electrical lines, and junction boxes; installation of utility conduits and vaults; installation of sanitary sewer systems including package grinder pump stations, grinder pump station discharge piping, gravity sewer piping, a submersible pump station with valve vault, generator, and control and telemetry panel; sewer force main; traffic control; a water service line and connections; and residential plumbing assessment and construction, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions including the Technical Specifications, and the Standard Specifications.

It is anticipated that this project will be funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology. Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any contract or any subcontract resulting from this solicitation for bids.
