The City of Gallatin is seeking bids for a 72" Deck Lawn Mower for the Long Hollow Golf
Course. Bids are due on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CT.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver one (1) new commercial-grade lawn mower
meeting the minimum specifications outlined below.
Minimum Specifications
The mower shall meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:
New, unused commercial-grade lawn mower
72-inch cutting deck
Designed for commercial mowing applications
Heavy-duty steel cutting deck
Zero-turn or front-mount configuration
Gasoline or diesel engine
Hydrostatic drive system
Adjustable cutting height
Commercial-duty tires suitable for golf course terrain
Roll-over protection system (ROPS)
Operator seat with safety switch
Hour meter
Electric start
All standard safety equipment required by the manufacturer
Complete owner's manual and warranty documentation included
Delivery
The successful bidder shall deliver the mower to the designated municipal facility. Delivery
shall be included in the bid price unless otherwise noted.
Warranty
The bidder shall provide the manufacturer's standard warranty and include warranty
information with the bid submission.

Estimated delivery time after receipt of purchase order

Product and service quality
Adherence to specifications
Contract Award:
The City of Gallatin reserves the right to:
Reject any or all bids
Waive informalities
Make an award in the best interest of the City of Gallatin
