2025 DECEMBER ADVERSE WEATHER EMERGENCY MAPLE & MUSCATEL BASIN

This emergency project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials from the recent storm events to include removal of sediment and debris within the two basins at Maple Ave and Muscatel St, bring the basin back to original grade lines, wall repair and all appurtenant work related to a project of this type to be completed and be fully functional and operational.

MANDATORY PRE-BID FIELD MEETING will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 for this project. All interested contractors shall meet Marc Morales at the City Hall located at 9700 Seventh Street, City of Hesperia.

All questions related to this project MUST BE SUBMITTED prior to 5:00 p.m. on January 28, 2026 via the PUBLIC | PURCHASE online bidding platform. Questions submitted after the deadline will not receive a response.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hesperia will receive online sealed bids on or before 10:00 a.m. on February 2, 2026 via the “PUBLIC|PURCHASE” web site for the construction of 2025 DECEMBER ADVERSE WEATHER EMERGENCY MAPLE & MUSCATEL BASIN RFB 2025-26-007. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately thereafter in the Joshua Conference Room.
