Decatur Legacy Park Hyatt Cottage Roof

The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur Legacy Park Hyatt
Cottage Roof Replacement, Decatur, Georgia 30030, until 10:00 am, August 27, 2025, at that
time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City of Decatur City
Commission Room. This work project includes the replacement of the roof on Hyatt Cottage
located on the campus of Legacy Park at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030.
The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager¿s Office on the 2nd Floor
of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be
marked ¿Sealed Bid for Decatur Legacy Park Hyatt Cottage Roof Replacement¿ The bidder
must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10:00AM, August 13, 2025, at
Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030. Any questions
regarding bids and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this proposal should be submitted,
via email and should be directed to Felix Floyd, Facilities Maintenance Superintendent, at
felix.floyd@decaturga.com, no later than August 20, 2025, at 3:00PM.
