Description of Project
The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications
and Performance Data from firms qualified and interested in providing professional
services to design a decant facility at the City's shop 1 location at 17555 Brickyard Rd NE.
Please submit your statement of qualifications by 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 22.
This project will complete through final design of the decant facility. The design will solve
inefficiencies of the current decant facility: undersized solids accumulation area,
inadequate settling cells, undersized vaults, and stormwater run on during high-flow
events. The project will assess feasible options to remedy these issues within the site
location mentioned above. It is anticipated that the consultant will begin work in
September 2026. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may also be contracted to
complete additional phases, such as final design, and construction engineering services.
