NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Request for Proposals (RFP) are invited by the City of Lodi, California for DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES in strict accordance with the specifications listed.

The City of Lodi is seeking proposals from qualified firms for debt collection services. Proposals shall include a detailed operational plan, which demonstrates an understanding of, and capability to assume responsibility for collecting delinquent revenue for the City.

Proposal forms and specifications are available on the City’s website at

https://lodi-portal.app.transform.civicplus.com/forms/34054 and must be delivered to the Office of the Finance Department, 310 W ELM STREET, LODI, or uploaded to https://lodi-portal.app.transform.civicplus.com/forms/34054 up to, but not later than Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. PST.

The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received.
