NOTICE OF INTENTION OF THE TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO RECEIVE BID PROPOSALS
The Tallahatchie County Board of Supervisors Charleston, Mississippi,
requests your firm bid proposal for DEBRIS REMOVAL IN WINTER STORM
DAMAGED AREAS IN TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY.
Bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board until 10:00 0'clock A.M.,
Friday, March 13, 2026, and opened immediately thereafter, on Friday, March 13,
2026, in the Supervisors Board Room in the Tallahatchie County Courthouse.
Specifications can be obtained from Anita Greenwood, P.O. Box 350, Charleston,
MS 38921, or picked up in the Chancery Clerk's Office at the Tallahatchie County
Courthouse in Charleston, MS.
Sealed bids should be plainly marked "BID PROPOSALS FOR DEBRIS
REMOVAL IN WINTER STORM DAMAGED AREAS IN TALLAHATCHIE
COUNTY." Bids should be filed in the Chancery Clerk's Office in the
Tallahatchie County Courthouse in Charleston, MS 38921, or mailed to Anita
Greenwood, P.O. Box 350, Charleston, MS 38921.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids!!!
