COMPETITIVE BIDS TO REMOVE DEBRIS (WINTER STORM FERN)

The Humphreys County Board of Supervisors is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) which
seeks sealed, competitive bids for a contractor to remove debris caused by Winter Storm Fern in
Humphreys County, Mississippi.
This RFP may be picked up by any interested contractors at the Humphreys County Chancery
Clerk's Office, 148 Castleman Street, Belzoni, Mississippi. It will be available for pick up during
regular business hours through 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2026 or by emailing
burns@wcmengineers.com.
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted in the manner described in the
RFP no later than 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2026. Any proposals submitted after that time will be
rejected as being untimely. All timely and properly submitted proposals will be opened and
considered at 10:00 a.m. on April 17th, 2026.
