The City of Savannah is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors through the Procurement and Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday,
April 7, 2026.

Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401.

A Microsoft Teams meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2026 to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
