REQUEST OF PROPOSAL

PROPOSAL NO. 25-09

The City of Webster, Texas invites you to submit a sealed proposal for:

Disaster Debris Removal Monitoring & Consulting Services

Sealed proposals shall contain an original proposal with one (1) USB Drive.  Proposals to be received by the City of Webster, Texas on or before April 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM Central Time in the Office of the City Secretary, 101 Pennsylvania Ave. Webster, TX 77598.  Proposals will be publicly opened and read on April 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time at 101 Pennsylvania Ave. Webster, TX 77598.

Request for Proposals documents may be obtained on the City of Webster’s Website ( www.cityofwebster.com/Bids.aspx ) or www.DemandStar.com .

Proposals may be either mailed or hand delivered to the City Secretary’s Office, 101 Pennsylvania Ave. Webster, TX 77598.  Any Proposals received after the above stated time will be returned to the Proposer unopened.

The City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any Proposals in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the Proposal which best serves the City.

CAUTION: It is the Proposer’s responsibility to ensure that Proposals are received in the City Secretary’s Office prior to the date and time specified above. Receipt of a Proposal in any other City office does not satisfy this requirement.
