Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Contractor shall provide all the labor, materials and equipment associated with the refurbishment of student rooms, lounges, corridors, and lobbies in De Neve’s Evergreen and Fir residential buildings. The project will refresh walls, ceiling, and floor finishes in the student rooms and common areas. The student rooms will receive new paint, vinyl plank flooring, base, and hardened wall panels in select areas of high impact. The common areas, including lounges and hallways, will receive new flooring and wall finishes. The work will be divided into two (2) phases: Phase 0 - Preparation of submittals, receipt of University's approval and material procurement. Phase 1 - Evergreen and Fir Buildings perform all work included in project. The University currently anticipates Phase 1 to begin no sooner than June 16, 2025 and to be completed by August 29th 2025. The work will be performed when the building is unoccupied, during summer 2025.
