NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The former “IF&W” building is located on the western edge of the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center

Campus in Bangor. The four story masonry building has 140 windows. The associated Scope

includes full removal of existing window, replacement of rough opening blocking, installation of

new windows and repair of interior returns. Work is estimated to begin in June of 2024. The

contract shall designate the Substantial Completion Date on or before (6) six months after contract

is awarded, and the Contract Final Completion Date on or before (9) months after contract is

awarded.
