DDC 2025 GMC Savana 15 Passenger Van RWD

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of one (1) brand new 2025 GMC Savana 15 Passenger Van RWD for SIGA Dakota Dunes Casino. Substitutes will be considered if it meets the minimum specifications listed in the RFQ. The required specifications are detailed in the tables below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitute 15 Passenger Van models will be considered if it meets the minimum specifications listed above. If vehicle quoted on has additional features, provide a list of what the additional features are and the associated costs with a separate Specification sell sheet. Attach a copy of the window sticker with your bid submission.
2. Include with bid submission vehicle specifications and feature specifications providing a bid for.
3. Must be a new vehicle, must have low mileage or vehicle will not be accepted. 100km or less is preferred.
4. AC Tax, Tire Tax, Destination Fee and any discount must be included in the quote above.
5. Vehicle MUST NOT be driven to the F.O.B Delivery Point; it must be transported to the F.O.B Delivery Point via flat deck truck or other means arranged by the dealership. Associated costs should be included in the delivery section of the above table.
6. Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information along with your bid submission. Provide information on extended warranty options and pricing.
7. Alternative colours may be accepted, subject to SIGA’s approval. Bidders must specify the exterior colour and interior colour for the vehicle in their bid submission.
8. The Bidders shall ensure before delivery that the vehicle is free from wear (rust), if it has been displayed outdoors at their location.
9. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
10. All Pricing must be in Canadian Dollars $CAD.
