DDAG Propane

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued a 100% small business set-aside with a size standard of 1,200 employees and PSC 6830. SP330026Q0007 is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for a contractor to deliver weekly propane refills for government-owned cylinders. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide and deliver propane gas to DLA Distribution Albany, Georgia on as needed basis for 43 lb. and 33 lb. (government-owned cylinders) located at warehouses 1221, 1331, and 814. Contractor shall provide extra cylinders and storage racks (loaned) as needed/requested.

***10/10/2025 Update***: We are currently reviewing questions submitted about this solicitation and awaiting responses from the customer. An amendment containing all questions and answers will be issued upon receipt of these responses. Depending on the timing of the customer responses and subsequent amendment release, the solicitation due date may be extended. Any changes to the due date will be announced in the aforementioned amendment.
