Identify the source of bacteria at a number of DCR swim beaches. Multiple water samples for bacteria (enterococci) will be collected within 5 days of a rain event at swim beaches and nearest water body inlets and outlet of the associated swim beach. The objective is to identify the source and quantity of bacteria entering DCR managed swim beaches. June 2025 will be the target month for sampling. The locations include: Pearl Hill SP; Dunn SP; Chicopee Memorial SP; Mystic Lakes SP; Breakheart Reservation
