DCPS Loretto Elementary School Addition & Reno
Auld & White Constructors, LLC, in conjunction with the Duval County Public Schools, will be accepting SEALED proposals, which will be received until 2:00 p.m., July 7, 2026 at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
Project includes but is not limited to Structural Demo, Earthwork/Sitework, Landscaping/Irrigation (drawings to follow), Fencing, Soil Termite Treatment, Concrete, Lightweight Insulating Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Wood Chair Rails, Millwork, Modified Bit. Roofing/Gutters/Downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Storefront/Alum. Windows, Stucco, Drywall/ACT, Flooring (LVT, Floor & Wall Tile), Resinous Flooring, Painting, Toilet Partitions/Accessories/FEC's, Glass Markerboards, Tackboards, Signage, Metal Lockers, Flagpole, Projection Screens, Window Treatments, Entrance Mats, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage/Access Control/CCTV.
Project includes a participation GOAL of 10% SBE & 10% MBE (African American or Hispanic American). Subcontractors who intend to perform work as a registered SBE or MBE must include the attached OEO Form 2 with their proposals. 
Interested Bidders are required to notify Auld & White Constructors, LLC, of their Intent to Bid, in writing, no later than 2:00 p.m., June 30, 2026. Interested Bidders who fail to notify Auld & White Constructors, LLC, of their intent to bid by the date referenced above MAY NOT be permitted to bid. Bid drawings and specifications will be available on Auld & White Constructors, LLCs website (www.auld-white.com), on June 1, 2026.
