Description:

The project shall include the installation of a complete retrofit TPO roofing system, including all required wall flashings, curb flashings, penetration flashings, and accessories necessary to provide a complete, watertight roofing assembly.  All bidders are required to make an on-site visit to inspect the existing roof.  The bidders must sign in at the front desk of the YMCA.  Bids may be excluded if the site visit was not completed and documented.
