This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The DC Courts is conducting a market survey to assess contractors' qualifications for the Building A (BLDA) Flat Roof Replacement Project. The project involves work on a four-story courthouse located at 515 5th St NW, Washington, DC. Responses will be used for planning and market research purposes to determine if there are enough qualified contractors for the job.
