The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of the Department for the Blind and Vision Impairedâ s Library and Resource Center, located at 395 Azalea Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. The project involves renovating a one story, 51,558 square foot building and constructing a small 235 square foot addition.
