DBE Services for the New Sixth Appellate District Courthouse

The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks statements of qualifications from Design Build Entities qualified to provide services for the design and construction of the New Sixth Appellate District Courthouse in Sunnyvale, California.

The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Agreement will be issued to a Design Build Entity under this RFQ.

A MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Conference will be held via video webinar using Microsoft Teams on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov(link sends email) no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

Only electronic submittals will be accepted.  For electronic submission firms must email their Statement of Qualifications no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:

The Judicial Council, as a public entity, prohibits direct contact with any Council personnel during the solicitation process in order to maintain fairness and equality to all proposers.
Proposers are specifically directed NOT to contact any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants for meetings, conferences, or discussions that are related to the solicitation at any time between release of the solicitation and any award and execution of a contract.
Unauthorized contact with any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants may be cause for rejection of the Proposer’s proposal.
