Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2025-0021 - Dayton Montgomery County Court Building 2nd Floor Magistrate's Courtroom Renovation . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 .
This project includes the complete renovation of a Magistrates Courtroom located on the 2 nd Floor of the Dayton Montgomery County Court Building located at 301 W Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422. The scope of this project includes, as defined in the project documents, the demolition and complete reconstruction of the space to provide a fully functional Magistrates Courtroom for the Domestic Relations Court. Please refer to the project documents for the specific/technical details of this project.
