  16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining LO/LO vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of 105,000 square feet of military cargo (Tracked and wheeled vehicles and breakbulk cargo). Minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots.

  17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Pohang, Republic of Korea and the place/range of redelivery is San Diego, California (USA). The layday commences and cancels on 04 August 2026, and the period of performance will be about 35 days.
