  16. Description: This requirement is for one U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 350 TEUs of containerized ammunition while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements.

  17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA). The place/range of redelivery is Gdansk, Poland. The layday commences and cancels 16 December 2025. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and must confirm their ability to meet the laydays. The period of performance will be about 30 days.
