Description
Project Description: Davis County Government, through the Health Department (the “County”), is responsible for
managing emission testing and training through various vendors, shops, and inspection facilities
throughout Davis County (the “Program”). The County needs a technical center to support the
administration and training of the Program (the “Technical Center”).
It is the intent of the County to contract with a qualified, responsive, and professional General
Contractor (the “Vendor”) to build a new Technical Center located at 160 S Main Street, Clearfield,
Utah (the “Project”).
