Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the 2024 Davenport Public Works building partial masonry wall removal project. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the removal of portions of non-load bearing concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls at roof joist penetrations and grout between the top of walls and corrugated roof deck. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 1, 2024 at 10:00am at Davenport Public Works, located at 1200 E 46th Street. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
